When air containing dust passes through the filter, the dust is blocked in the fiber layer of the filter material. When the resistance of the fiber layer increases to the upper limit difference due to the aggregation of dust, the automatic control system starts the motor, automatically winds and replaces with clean filter material. The filter remains in a normal resistance state, ensuring the continuous and normal operation of the ventilation system.
Mainly used in sewage treatment, steel metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, gas production, and high air volume air conditioning supply systems, and has long been used as a supporting equipment for blower manufacturers. To meet the different air volume requirements of users, the filter unit can be used separately or multiple units can be combined in parallel to form a row of filter units. It can also be designed and manufactured according to user needs and actual working conditions on site.
Workflow description:

Users can replace the filter material by pressing the motor start switch at any time according to the on-site situation.
II. Differential pressure control method:
The principle is that when the pressure difference between the front and rear of the filter reaches the upper limit of the set value (300pa-500pa), the micro pressure difference sensor outputs a signal to control the motor to start and start replacing the clean filter material. When the pressure difference reaches the set lower limit value (60pa-80pa), the pressure difference sensor outputs a signal to control the motor to stop working.
3) There is a material end alarm signal in the control system:
When the clean filter material in the upper box is about to be used up, the limit controller sends a signal to the alarm, and the alarm sounds to notify the replacement of new material.
