1、 Packaging Overview

This equipment is a specialized device for automatically winding stretch film onto pallet goods. It can be operated as a single machine or achieve automated wiring work. During operation, the equipment performs work while the product remains stationary, thereby minimizing potential hazards during the production process.

2. The pallet goods are pushed to the winding center point, and the packaging machine is automatically started according to the set packaging parameters to achieve a continuous packaging process. After winding is completed, the film is automatically broken and welded.

Rocker arm system:

1. The cantilever variable frequency speed regulation is adjustable from 6 to 15 turns per minute.

Broken film system:

1. Use heating wire to break the film.

2. After the film is broken, a heat sealed fusion film tail is used without leaving a tail film.

3. Before the film is broken, the clamping mechanism first pulls the wrapped film down by about 200mm to make the hot pressing point more secure and aesthetically pleasing.

4. When the wrapping film breaks or there is no film during the packaging process, an automatic shutdown alarm will be triggered.

Framework system:

1. The rack is constructed by welding 160 * 160 * 8T square tubes, and the entire rack is stable, firm, and has strong deformation resistance.

2. The rocker arm crossbeam is made of 150 * 150 * 8T square tubes, which greatly enhances the bending and torsion resistance of the crossbeam.

3. Special conductive slip ring cover prevents dust particles from entering and extends the service life of the conductive slip ring.

Security protection system (triple protection, optional):

1. Add a set of safety light barriers at the inlet and outlet respectively, and the machine will pause when someone accidentally enters.

2. The protective net is equipped with a safety door limit, and the machine does not move when the safety door is opened.

3. The rotating arm is equipped with a safety ring, which automatically stops the machine in case of contact with people or objects, ensuring safety.

4. In online automatic operation mode, there is an audible and visual alarm warning before the arm is started.
