DESCRIPTION
1Refrigeration system leakage:
The carrier of air conditioning cooling and heating is refrigerant. If there is a leakage point in the system, the refrigerant will cause poor or no cooling of the air conditioner. The places where the air conditioner leaks are mainly concentrated in the welding joints, capillary welding joints, compressor suction and exhaust pipes, horn mouth, copper sodium cracks, connecting pipes, etc. When checking, visual inspection can be carried out first, with a focus on checking the joints of the connecting pipes. There are usually oil stains at the leakage points.
2The refrigeration system is blocked:
It often occurs at the capillary tube and dry filter, as these two areas are the narrowest in the system. There are three common causes of blockage: dirty blockage, ice blockage, and welding blockage.
AIce blockage usually occurs at the outlet of the capillary tube, due to the presence of moisture in the system. It suddenly vaporizes and cools down at the outlet of the capillary tube, condensing into small ice particles that block the outlet of the capillary tube. When judging, a welding gun can be used to heat the outlet of the capillary tube. If the effect returns to normal or improves, it indicates ice blockage, or if the machine can cool for a period of time after turning off the air conditioner, it indicates ice blockage. Ice blockage usually occurs on newly installed or newly repaired air conditioners.
BDirt blockage usually occurs at the inlet of the capillary tube due to the presence of dirt in the system(Such as welding slag, rust, oxide scale, etc)If the pipeline is blocked, gently tapping the capillary tube during inspection may temporarily restore normal operation. Additionally, the location and nature of the blockage can be determined by factors such as condensation, frosting on the surface of the pipeline and components, as well as the speed and time of pressure recovery during shutdown.
CWelding blockage usually occurs at the welding point of capillary tubes, similar to dirty blockage and ice blockage, and mostly occurs on newly installed machines.
3Four way valve malfunction:
Usually occurs during heating, when the four-way valve fails to close properly, leaks air, or gets stuck, resulting in poor heating performance. When judging, the four-way valve can be turned on and off to check if the suction is good. During maintenance, the four-way valve can be reset by repeatedly powering it on or gently tapping it.
4One way valve malfunction:
The one-way valve is directly conductive during cooling, but during heating, the refrigerant needs to pass through the auxiliary capillary tube. When the one-way valve is not tightly sealed or the auxiliary capillary tube is blocked, heating is affected. Therefore, if the air conditioner is cooling normally but heating is poor, after ruling out the problem with the four-way valve, it is important to focus on checking the one-way valve.
