The AITGM real-time printing and labeling system belongs to a functional combination device. The current AITGM real-time printing and labeling system has been developed based on a German host. The printing host adopts the API series, and the labeling arm is composed of A-TC100-4. (As shown in the figure below)
Multi functional labeling method: AITGMReal time printing and labeling machineAdopting three labeling modes: top-down pressure pasting, rolling pasting, and push side pasting. The AITGM real-time printing and labeling machine system is more stable, efficient, and accurate than traditional labeling machines; Push on labeling uses a Z-axis cylinder to push the robotic arm to perform a series of actions such as extracting labels, swinging the arm, and pushing the label to complete pressing, side pasting, and rolling pasting. (As shown in the figure below)
