The 310 (A) type dynamic dilution gas analyzer applies micro industrial computer and mass flow controller technology to quickly and accurately control gas flow, and can real-time prepare multi-component mixed gases of different types and concentrations.
Scope of application: This instrument is used for testing, calibration, and detection of gas analysis instruments. The output gas concentration and duration can be pre-set to automatically complete the gas distribution experiment project. For example, it can automatically complete the full sequence mixing program in the CO/SO2 matrix test in the "HJ57-2017 Determination of Sulfur Dioxide in Fixed Pollution Source Exhaust Gas by Potentiometric Electrolysis Method".
Adopting standard: JJG 1132-2017 "Calibration Procedure for Thermal Gas Mass Flowmeters" Main features:
1. Ultra fast gas flow control (stabilization time<100 ms);
2. Set gas output concentration and output flow rate, automatically calculate and adjust the flow rates of input sample gas and equilibrium gas;
3. Multiple sets of gas output states (total flow rate, sample gas concentration, duration) can be pre-set, and the output states can be automatically switched;
4. USB interface, supporting external keyboard and mouse;
5. High resolution color touch screen;
