It can record both real-time precipitation and precipitation at certain time intervals. StandardT-200B has a rain gauge with a capacity of 600mm, while T-200BM and T-200BMD have rain gauges of 1000mm and 1500mm respectively, ensuring long-term heavy rainfall measurement. The rain gauge can be equipped with up to 3 sensors at the same time and equipped with windproof guardrails to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measuring equipment. The T-200B comes with one sensor as standard.
The precipitation is collected in a snow gauge container, weighed by a string vibration load sensor, and then output a frequency. This frequency is a function of voltage, which can be used to calculate rainfall.
This frequency is recorded in the form of a square wave signal and can be easily transmitted.The conversion module provided by Geonor also enables easy integration into various data collection systems. The entire system has no movable parts, greatly reducing system errors.
