Application scope
RJ single impeller mixing tank is widely used in gold leaching, storage, and other metallurgical and chemical departments for mixing and stirring operations.

When placing an order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, the flotation process and the following information must be provided:
1. Rubber impellers, nylon impellers and other products can be made according to user needs, and special instructions should be given when ordering;
2. The relative positions of the motor, feeding port, and discharging port can be set according to user requirements. Generally, relevant components are assembled during on-site installation;
3. RJ mixing tanks come in two types: conical bottom and flat bottom, and the conical bottom type needs to be specifically noted.

The RJ single impeller mixing tank consists of upper slurry feeding, circulation cylinder, air pipe, impeller and other structures;
When the single blade wheel rotates clockwise (viewed from top to bottom), the blades immersed in the slurry have a pushing and squeezing effect on the slurry, causing the slurry to flow into the blades from the upper part of the circulation cylinder, and then flow upward along the circulation cylinder through the guide blades. When the slurry passes through the circulation cylinder, it becomes active in the groove, flows upward along the outer wall of the circulation cylinder, and then returns to the upper part of the circulation cylinder, forming a closed-loop circulation. As new slurry continues to be fed into the groove, qualified slurry that has been fully mixed with chemicals and air is continuously discharged from the discharge port (overflow port), completing the leaching operation of this tank.
