Product Overview
The R500 series RTU is a new generation RTU product from Ankang Technology, which adopts advanced 32-bit processors and real-time operating systems, combining high performance and real-time performance, with integrated control systems. The R500 series RTUs are not only capable of easily handling routine tasks such as logic operations, timing switches, addition and subtraction counting, but also capable of completing advanced functions such as complex data processing, natural gas metering, high-speed counting, PID control, and communication networking.

Gas transmission station

CPU-5021 is the main control module, which collects and processes data from various I/O modules. The upper computer system reads various working condition data on site through the network for display, alarm, and analysis;
CM-3RS is a serial communication expansion module used to connect various serial devices. In this example, data from ultrasonic flow meters and gas component analyzers are obtained through Modbus protocol;
ME-GAS CPU is a natural gas flow calculation module that calculates, accumulates, and saves the flow rate of natural gas orifice plates based on industry standards for use in the main control program;
Various I/O modules perform corresponding automatic control based on hardware configuration and application programs, such as PID regulation, pressure and temperature acquisition, switch valve control, etc.
Boiler control

The AI8-I analog input module is connected to corresponding sensors for temperature, liquid level, pressure, oxygen content, flow rate, etc. It collects process data at high speed with a resolution of 16 bits and a cycle of 100 us, such as return water/supply water/inlet water/outlet temperature and pressure, blower outlet air pressure, furnace outlet pressure, flue gas oxygen content, etc;
CPU-5051 supports PID algorithm to adjust the output of the burner in real-time and maintain stable internal temperature of the boiler; Maximum support for 32 circuits, powerful computing power support, allowing real-time adjustment of the main circuit (steam temperature), secondary circuit (combustion air/fuel ratio), and even more circuits to ensure efficient combustion;
DO16/AO4 output module controls fuel valves, feedwater pumps, blowers, induced draft fans, etc. based on current liquid level, flow rate, pressure, etc;
Good environmental adaptability ensures stable operation of the system even under complex working conditions such as high temperature and humidity, providing safety protection for system operation. In case of abnormal conditions such as overheating, low water level, overpressure, etc., the burner can be immediately turned off, fuel supply can be cut off, safety valves can be activated, or emergency pressure relief can be implemented to prevent accidents from occurring.
