The SYSJ series dry sand making machine adopts the structure of a dry self grinding ball mill and uses the principle of stone crushing to grind, impact crush, and screen high-purity quartz sand.

Scope of application:

This product is suitable for grinding and crushing non-metallic minerals such as quartz, metallic silicon, marble, etc. with an original ore size of ≤ 400mm. A single machine can simultaneously produce more than ten types of segmented products between 2-320 mesh as needed.

Technical features:

ØThe inner wall of the host cylinder is bonded with the original ore lining plate, and there is no secondary iron pollution during the production process. The lining board is directly consumed into the product.

ØThe discharge grate plate designed with high-strength and high-purity materials is sturdy, durable, and fully guarantees product purity.

ØThe rotational speed of the cylinder is accurately calculated according to the different products, ensuring that the ore is thrown and falls during the rotation of the cylinder, and self smashing and self grinding, achieving efficient and high-purity production.

ØAccording to user requirements, multiple sets of screens with different particle sizes can be customized to meet the requirements of producing multiple products with a single feeding.

ØThe production line is equipped with an efficient pulse bag filter to ensure that there is no dust overflow during the production process, meeting national environmental protection requirements.
