QDX. QX submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) consists of three parts: water pump, seal, and electric motor. The electric motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is equipped with a thermal protector installed inside. It is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump, with a centrifugal impeller and volute structure. A double cone mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor. Each fixed stop adopts an 'O' - type oil resistant rubber sealing ring for static sealing. The overall structure is compact and runs smoothly. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the electric pump according to the required liquid level changes, making it an ideal energy-saving and efficient electric pump. |

This series of electric pumps, due to their small size and light weight, are particularly suitable for pumping water from rural areas, irrigating farmland, irrigating gardens, and providing household water. They can also be used for industrial water drainage, construction water supply and drainage, and animal husbandry. |

The electric pump can work continuously and normally under the following usage conditions: 1. The working medium is non corrosive clean water, with a sand content of no more than 0.10% by volume and a particle size of no more than 0.20mm. 2. The temperature of the medium should not exceed 40 ℃, and the pH value of the medium should be between 6.5-8.5. 3. Electric pumps should be used within the range of their rated head. 4. The electric pump should be fully immersed in water for use, with a diving depth not exceeding 3m. The electric pump should be at least 0.5m above the bottom of the water, but should not sink into mud. 5. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage for single-phase is 220V, the voltage for three-phase is 380V, and the fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value
