1、 Overview of Pulse Signal Gas Turbine Flow Meter
The pulse signal gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and high reliability gas precision measuring instrument that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow integrator, which has been independently developed by absorbing advanced flow instrument technology optimization design at home and abroad, and integrating gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics and other theories. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measuring performance and is widely applicable to the measurement of natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, light hydrocarbon gas and other gases.
2、 Characteristics of pulse signal gas turbine flowmeter
Adopting a new type of sensor, it has low starting flow rate, small pressure loss, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, is not easy to corrode, has good reliability, and has a long service life.
Adopting a new type of microprocessor and high-performance integrated chips, it has high computational accuracy, powerful overall functions, and superior performance.
Adopting advanced low-power high-tech, the whole machine has low power consumption.
According to the flow frequency signal, the instrument coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in eight segments, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the instrument according to user needs.

High precision, generally up to ± 1.5% R and ± 1.0% R.
Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05% to 0.2%. It is precisely because of its good repeatability that flow meters are preferred in trade settlement.
