Prominent Sigma/1, Sigma/2, Sigma/3 precision metering pumps form a continuous product line with a metering range from 17 to 1030 l/h, using a unified operating and control mechanism and spare parts management. These three models of pumps have a basic type without an internal electronic control system and an external control type with an internal electronic control system, which can be quickly and reliably adjusted to complete different metering tasks. Sigma/2 is divided into two types: diaphragm and plunger metering pumps.

Application areas:
Water treatment with proportional addition of additives, such as adding sodium hypochlorite for drinking water~
Chemical dosing determined by measurement, such as adding acid and alkali to neutralize pH in wastewater treatment

Regularly control the addition of additives in the cooling water circulation
Pulsation control is applied when infusing different volumes, such as using a pressure gauge to inject glycerol

A high-strength inner shell prevents its internal components from bearing pressure, and a corrosion-resistant plastic outer shell
Sigma/1 stroke length 4mm, adjustable by self-locking knob, with a step size of 1%
Sigma/2 stroke length 5mm, adjustable by self-locking knob, with a step size of 0.5%
Sigma/3 stroke length 6mm, adjustable through self-locking knob, with a step size of 0.5%
Double diaphragm with diaphragm alarm (optional, modified) Even if the diaphragm ruptures, the measuring medium will not leak from the pump or enter the transmission part of the pump

Under specified conditions and correct installation, the measurement accuracy is better than ± 2% (stroke length range 30-100%)
