Brief introduction
The ink waste gas treatment equipment in the printing factory adopts high-efficiency removal of major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiols, and various odors. The deodorization efficiency can reach over 99%, which greatly exceeds the national odor pollutant emission standards. No need to add any substances: just set up corresponding exhaust pipes and exhaust power to allow odorous gases to pass through this equipment for deodorization, decomposition and purification, without adding any substances to participate in chemical reactions. It can adapt to the deodorization and purification treatment of high concentration, atmospheric volume, and different odorous gases, and can work continuously 24 hours a day, with stable and reliable operation.
2、 Working principle
The exhaust gas from the outside of the tower is evenly distributed through the guide hood and sent into the tower. The incoming airflow passes through the adsorption bed of the tower's internal packing, and harmful chemical components in the airflow are adsorbed by the adsorbent. Clean air is discharged through the air outlet, and condensed water generated inside the tower is discharged outside the tower through the collection tank and discharge pipe.

4、 Structure and Characteristics
The main feature of this equipment is its ability to adsorb and treat difficult gases such as nitrogen oxides, and to purify and treat multiple mixed acid gases simultaneously. The adsorption purification efficiency is high, the temperature adaptability is good, the operating cost is low, and the one-time addition of fillers can meet the long-term operation. The operation, management, and maintenance are simple, and no secondary pollution is generated during operation.
This tower can be equipped with automation control according to user needs, including gas online analyzer, pressure sensor, differential pressure transmitter, flow sensor, control cabinet, etc. It can implement gas online analysis and monitoring, automatic alarm for gas exceeding standards, automatic interlocking of gas flow and pressure transmission with fan operation, automatic digital display and other automation control devices for this tower. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic control can be carried out according to usage requirements.
5、 Replacement and treatment of adsorption fillers
There is a chemical reaction between the adsorption packing and the acidic waste gas, which occurs from the contact surface inward. Therefore, the adsorption efficiency gradually decreases over time. However, replacing the adsorption packing once can generally last for about a year. If the waste gas concentration is greater than 1000mg/m3 or higher, the service life of the adsorption packing will be correspondingly shortened. The replacement of the adsorption packing will be supplied by our company. The replaced adsorption packing can be disposed of at will without causing secondary pollution.
