Material for box production:

Overview of machine structure: The internal frame structure of this machine is locally reinforced and not easily deformed. It adopts a PTFE conveyor belt, which is relatively flat. The feeding section is 400 mm, and the infrared lamp heating in the drying section is 6500mm in total (the drying section is divided into 3 groups: 2500+2000mm+2000mm, which can independently control the temperature). The discharge end is 100mm. A cylinder type automatic lifting device is installed on the top cover of the drying section. Install a support type top rod device to ensure dual safety and facilitate regular maintenance. The infrared lamp is installed inside the top of the oven, and an adjustable device is also installed. The inlet and outlet are equipped with adjustable insulation boards, which can be freely adjusted up and down.

Outer wall material of the box: A3 carbon steel cold rolled plate, sheet metal, bent welding, rivet splicing.

Box air plate material: SUS201 mirror stainless steel plate sheet metal bending machine punching.

Box frame material: A3 carbon steel cold rolled plate, sheet metal bending and welding production.

Box tripod material: made of national standard square tube

Insulation layer thickness material: filled with 100K grade high-density aluminum silicate fiber (insulation layer thickness of 100mm).

Temperature controller: LED/intelligent/digital display/temperature controller, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, with P.I.D adjustment, automatic constant temperature. Divide into 3 groups for heating control, with 3 temperature control instruments independently controlling the temperature inside a section of the box. Assembled in one control box, located at the discharge port.

Sound and light alarm device: APT/AD16 type sound and light alarm device, set time end alarm prompt.

Control circuit voltage: 220V/50Hz

Temperature measuring device: 6 K-division thermocouples, with an accurate temperature measurement of ± 1 ℃.

Protection system: leakage protection, circuit breaker protection, motor overload protection, grounding protection, over temperature protection.
