Close the oil cup valve, rotate the handwheel to move the piston, and the resulting pressure (or vacuum) can be transmitted to two pressure gauges; Inspect the tested pressure gauge based on the reading of the precision pressure gauge.

4、 Acceptance and storage
1. When the user receives the box checker, they should first check whether the box is intact; If there is any damage, the cause should be identified immediately.
2. After opening the box, remove the padding and check whether the appearance of the calibrator is intact, whether the instruction manual and factory certificate are complete, and verify the product and accessories (5 rubber pads). If there is a shortage, notify our factory immediately.
3. The calibrator should be stored indoors at an ambient temperature of+5~+35 ℃, with a relative temperature not exceeding 80%. The surrounding air should not contain harmful substances that corrode the calibrator.
5、 Installation and use
1. The pressure gauge tester should be placed on a workbench that is easy to operate and kept level.
2. The working environment temperature of the tester is 20 ± 10 ℃, with a relative temperature not exceeding 80%, and the surrounding air must not contain corrosive gases.
3. The tester shall not be subjected to vibration; Rubber pads should be placed on the workbench and fastened with screws.
4. Before use, first clean and inspect each part with gasoline, and then fill the oil cup with the working fluid. Rotate the handwheel of the hand pump and check if the oil circuit is unobstructed; If there are no issues, you can install the precision pressure gauge to be inspected.
5. Operation steps:
When inspecting the pressure gauge:
1) Open the oil cup valve, turn the handwheel left to fill the cylinder of the hand pump with working fluid.
2) Close the oil cup valve, turn the left hand wheel, compress the working fluid, and apply oil pressure to the tested pressure gauge and precision pressure gauge. The inspection can be carried out based on the indicated values of the two pressure gauges.
When inspecting the vacuum gauge
1) Remove the working fluid from the tester.
2) Close valve (3), open the oil cup valve, and screw all the screws of the hand pump into the cylinder.
3) Close the oil cup valve, open valve (3), unscrew the hand pump screw to create a vacuum; If the desired vacuum level is not reached after one spin, it can be repeatedly rotated in and out several times until the desired vacuum level is reached.
6、 Maintenance and repair
1. Regularly clean all parts of the instrument and install them in their original state after cleaning.
2. There should be no impurities or dirt mixed in the oil; After a certain period of use, it is necessary to update the oil.
3. When not in use, a cloth cover must be placed to prevent dust from entering the calibrator.
