1、 Overview
Large caliber water meters generally work in main water supply pipelines, self owned well users, industrial and commercial users with large water consumption, and total meter measurement at the end of water supply. Therefore, the total amount of water flowing through the water meter is relatively large, which has a significant impact on users and operators. In addition, the working environment of water meters is relatively harsh, and some pipelines have significant changes in working pressure. Therefore, in view of the particularity of large-diameter water meters, especially intelligent valve controlled water meters, careful consideration and careful design are needed.
At present, with the rapid development of communication technology, it is no longer difficult to transmit the working status of water meters over long distances. With the improvement of production processes and the application of new materials and technologies in the past two years, this technology has become increasingly mature, and the failure rate has significantly decreased. Large caliber valve controlled intelligent water meters generally adopt a valve meter split structure. Different meters can be selected according to different usage environments, and then different valves can be combined by the manufacturer. In addition, a self-developed single-chip microcomputer control system is used to achieve intelligent control of prepaid water meters. Due to the fact that water meters generally operate in high humidity, non energy working environments, the twisting torque of large-diameter water meter valves is relatively large. Electric valves driven by AC motors are expensive and require a 220V AC power supply, making them inconvenient to use. The power source for valve operation is the main problem to be solved in the design. To address these issues, we have made modifications to the original pressure regulating valve or globe valve. We have designed a 'pilot valve'. Its working principle is a membrane valve driven by the self pressure of water, which only requires a small power source to drive the switch of the small valve to control the switch of the large valve. In practical applications, it has been proven that this type of valve has a low probability of misoperation during operation and can achieve significant twisting action. So it has become a reality that lithium batteries can reliably and continuously operate for more than 6 years, and the promotion and application of prepaid large-diameter water meters are guaranteed.
This product consists of three main parts: a water meter, an automatic control valve, and an intelligent controller. In addition to measuring the water consumption of group users, it can also use IC cards to purchase water, and automatically alarm and shut off valves and supplies based on the purchase volume and actual usage of users. The product complies with GB/778-1996 and CJ/T133-2001 standards.
