The dewatering process of the plate and frame sludge dewatering machine can be divided into four important stages: pretreatment, gravity dewatering, wedge-shaped zone dewatering, and press dewatering. The sludge is pumped to the mud medicine mixer by a sludge pump, and after being thoroughly mixed through a coagulation reaction, it is sent to the HGZD series slurry heavy-duty belt filter press. It is then subjected to gravity, wedge dewatering, preloading, and pressing dewatering to form a sludge cake, which is discharged by the sludge discharge device.
