The plastic pipe/block shredder is a single axis shredder, consisting of a motor, a reducer, a shaft, a moving knife, a fixed knife, a chassis, a worktable, a hydraulic cylinder, and an independent control cabinet. Can handle PP, HDPE, PE, PVC, PPR pipes, block materials, corner materials, etc

The fixed blade is fixed on the rear bracket of the moving shaft, and the moving blade is designed with four corners. When one corner becomes dull, the other corner can be replaced for continued use. It is also very convenient to fix, replace and maintain the moving knife with screws.

The hydraulic station drives the hydraulic cylinder to continuously move the material chamber forward and backward, enabling the material to be crushed from multiple angles. Two travel switches are installed near the side panel to control movement. When necessary, a sieve should be used to ensure further crushing of the raw materials
