1. The RCYG series pipeline automatic permanent magnet iron remover is designed for industries such as cement, chemical, glass, ceramics, gypsum, and food. It mixes a large amount of ferromagnetic substances into the conveyed materials in pipelines, such as scrap steel sections, steel balls, screws, mechanical debris, and worn iron impurities.

2. Mainly used for removing iron from powdered and small granular materials in pipelines, it uses high-performance and strong rare earth material neodymium iron as the magnetic source.

3. It has the characteristics of strong magnetic field, iron removal, light weight, long service life, easy installation, and low power consumption.

4. The wear problem caused by the flow of materials in the pipeline on the equipment is solved by adding high-performance non-metallic wear-resistant lining plates with a wear resistance 7-10 times higher than that of metals, which eliminates the trouble of users frequently replacing ordinary wear-resistant materials.

5. The equipment adopts a reducer driven iron removal device, and the transmission device is in a sealed form, with advantages such as low mechanical wear and low failure rate.
