The pipeline ultrasonic flowmeter uses the principle of ultrasonic time difference to measure the flow rate of liquid in a circular pipe. The ultrasonic water meter produced by our company uses industrial grade electronic components, powered by batteries, without mechanical rotation, wear, or pressure loss. It is a fully electronic industrial water meter. Ultrasonic water meters have the advantages of high accuracy, good reliability, low price, and long service life. It can completely replace other types of water meters.

Measurement principle: Ultrasonic time difference principle, using low-voltage multi pulse transmission circuit and double balanced noise suppression receiving circuit.
Measurement medium: water and other liquids, suspended solids content ‹ 10g/l, particle size ‹ 1mm, liquid filled pipeline.
Pipe diameter range: DN15-1000mm. Users can choose from a full range of different pipe diameters
Pipe section length: designed according to the specifications and dimensions of ordinary water meters
Measurement cycle: default 3 seconds, user selectable from 1 to 31 seconds.
Applicable temperature: ambient temperature -40 ℃~80 ℃ (LCD display -25 ℃~60 ℃)
*Degrees: ± 1%, ± 2%, ± 3% optional
Repeatability accuracy: better than ± 0.5%
Sensor: High temperature wear-resistant ceramic sensor, suitable for medium fluid temperature ranging from -40 ℃ to 160 ℃

Power supply mode: A single 3.6V lithium battery can work for 6 years, and an optional battery can work for more than 10 years. It works normally at a voltage of 2.6V; Active 4-20mA power supply (two-wire system), can work normally without batteries; When RS232 output is turned off, the host can work normally without the need for a battery; When outputting RS485, an additional 5V power supply is required, which can work normally without the need for a battery
