It is a necessary testing equipment for plastic pipe manufacturers and testing institutions to determine the pressure resistance failure time or instantaneous burst maximum pressure value of thermoplastic pipes, composite pipes (such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C, aluminum-plastic composite pipes, etc.) and various plastic pipes used for fluid transportation under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature. According to the different temperatures, pressures, and environmental stresses of the pipes, different parameters are input into the industrial control machine. The high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid, which is then transported by a high-pressure hose to the sample in the medium constant temperature chamber through the pressure control system for long-term static hydraulic testing of the pipes.
