Introduction to Measurement Software:
1、 Direct element measurement
Capable of measuring 12 elements (point, direct, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, groove, O-ring, distance, angle, open line, closed cloud line).
There are various measurement methods (automatic discrimination measurement, sampling measurement, comparative measurement, tolerance comparative measurement, preset elements).
There are various methods for single point sampling: mouse sampling, cross line edge searching sampling, zoom in sampling, straight line sampling, and automatic mouse capture.
2、 Indirect measurement
The distance between two elements, the angle between the two sides, and the flatness of a plane composed of multiple points can all be achieved through the construction function of software. The elements that can be constructed include: points, lines, circles, arcs, angles, planes, etc
3、 Image measurement height difference
First, focus on a plane, and the software will record the highest point data of one plane. Then, gather on another plane, and the software will also record the data of another point. The software calculates the height difference between the two faces based on the coordinates of the bright spot, with an error of less than 0.005mm.
4、 Scanning function
The contour of a workpiece can be scanned and then transferred to CAD for editing, resulting in a design drawing and obtaining the data of the workpiece, achieving two-dimensional copying.
5、 Map function
It is possible to take a complete picture of a workpiece and measure and annotate it in the picture. Images can be stored and retrieved for measurement.
6、 Macro measurement
The macro measurement function is to associate a series of identical 'construction measurements' and construction commands to a button, click the button, and start executing the macro measurement function. The macro measurement function will automatically complete the construction action, reducing the number of mouse operations by the user and improving work efficiency.
7、 Template measurement
Template measurement method, also known as visual inspection method, mainly uses the user's eyes to visually inspect whether it is qualified, similar to the standard specification board used in projectors.
Template measurement mainly includes cross line template, grid template, and concentric circle template.
The crosshair template is mainly used to measure angles, the grid template is mainly used to measure distances, and the communication group template is mainly used to measure circles.
8、 Pre set elements
The software can preset elements in either the mechanical coordinate system or the working coordinate system.
9、 Coordinate system establishment
Multiple workpiece coordinate systems can be established at will, and the crosshairs can rotate with the coordinates, so there is no need to straighten the components. Another advantage of establishing a workpiece coordinate system is to maintain the same reference as the drawing, so that the distance in the X and Y directions can be obtained during measurement.
10、 Data output
The measured data does not need to be copied by hand and can be directly exported to Word, Excel, Tct, Cad and printed.
11、 Professional SPC Statistical Analysis PROFESSIONALSPC Statistics Analysis
Importing measurement data into SPC can generate commonly used control charts, including calculation value control charts; Mean full range control chart, mean standard deviation control chart, median full range control chart, individual value and moving full range control chart, histogram, CPK transition chart, specification and process standard control chart, process status analysis chart, process suggestion analysis chart, etc. The generated graphics can be judged using eight judgment rules, providing users with timely understanding of product quality status. For count data, single quality monitoring is also provided to timely understand product status.
