The photoelectric contact pressure gauge adopts non-contact electric contact, and a photoelectric sensor is applied to the set contact, forming a non-contact signal switching device. By controlling the circuit and outputting through high-sensitivity relays, the instrument has extremely high sensitivity, fast response, high control accuracy, and no hysteresis or jumping phenomena. When working at low voltage, the contact type device is generally immersed in damping fluid, and its contacts adhere to an oil film, increasing the contact resistance and preventing the contacts from working effectively. When the current is high, the contacts are severely eroded. Adopting photoelectric non-contact signal switching, there is no arc or contact corrosion phenomenon, so the service life is long, the switch characteristics are excellent, and it can still work safely and reliably below 24V working voltage.
