This device is a user-friendly dual process drilling and cutting machining center, equipped with dual spindles as standard, which can be used for cutting and slotting. It can also be used to clamp different cutting tools and cooperate with the spindle for cutting, milling, carving and other operations, reducing tool changing time. Equipped with a 5+4 vertical drilling set, it can perform vertical drilling operations in 9 different specifications. It can be integrated with the basic version of specialized design disassembly software to optimize layout, quickly process cutting materials, and process irregular shapes. The structure of this machine is exquisite, achieving a win-win situation of speed and accuracy. Equipped with a pushing device, the board is automatically pushed down from the processing table after processing, making it convenient for operators to retrieve materials and saving idle time, greatly improving efficiency. An optional automatic feeding platform can be used to reduce reliance on manual labor, allowing one person to complete the work. 2. This device has four 6KW air-cooled spindles in the head section, equipped with a high-level machine control system. Four spindles can hold milling cutters of different diameters, which are used for grooving, cutting, pneumatic switching, and higher tool changing efficiency.
3. The bed is processed by a five sided milling center as a machining mother machine, with fully mechanical drilling, tapping, and milling guide rails, with small errors and high precision.
4. The bed has undergone stress relief treatment, making it sturdy, durable, and not deformed.
5. This machine is suitable for processing diversified and complex products or diverse processing, with a wide range of uses: it can be used for cutting, drilling, cutting, guiding edges, milling, etc. Currently, it is mainly used for cutting and engraving.
6. Square gantry columns have stronger load-bearing capacity and greater stability.
7. The adsorption table is distributed in a 12 zone small grid pattern, with strong adsorption force.
8. Head components: The Z-axis screw is of the suspension bar type, with high precision and low resistance during the movement of the head.
9. The Z-axis adopts a direct connection structure, which overcomes the elastic error caused by traditional carving machine belt transmission. The X-axis of the guide rail is a back span type with two guide rails on different reference planes, which increases the stability and rigidity of the Z-axis.
