1. The initial water content exceeds the saturation point (free water).

The maximum water removal capacity of "free water removal" equipment (such as coalescers, centrifuges, etc.) is limited to the saturation point of oil.

The water content after vacuum dehydration is significantly lower than the saturation point of the oil.

Even after using a system heat exchanger to cool the oil, the water content after vacuum dehydration is still below the saturation point of the oil, which avoids the formation of free water, otherwise it is harmful to the composition and fluid of the fluid system.

If only free water is removed at the initial temperature, the amount of free water in the oil will significantly increase after cooling.
