1. Product Introduction

  The JYD blade dryer not only heats the outer shell, but also heats the internal rotor, greatly increasing the drying area, improving thermal efficiency, and ensuring thorough drying of materials. The machine consists of two or more rotors embedded in the shell with a jacket, and each rotor is equipped with multiple hollow fan-shaped blades for heating. The heating medium enters the hollow rotary shaft and blades through a rotating joint installed at the end of the rotary shaft. After heat transfer and drying, the condensed water is discharged outside the machine through the rotating joint. This equipment has the following characteristics:
1. Low energy consumption: Due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air carried away to remove heat. The outer wall of the dryer is equipped with a jacket and insulation layer. For slurry materials, evaporating 1kg of water only requires 1.1-1.3kg of saturated steam.
2. The cost of the blade dryer system is low: multiple shafts are embedded together, the heat transfer area is large, and the equipment size is small.
3. Wide range of drying materials: using different heat media, it can dry both thermosensitive materials and materials that require high-temperature treatment. Common media include saturated steam, thermal oil, hot water, etc. It can operate continuously or intermittently and can be applied in many fields.
4. Low operating costs: The structure is simple and the maintenance cost is very low.
5. The device has a simple structure, few vulnerable parts, and stable operation.
