The PVC wood plastic one-step extrusion equipment consists of a wood plastic special conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a traction cutting machine, and a discharge rack. The main unit and traction machine of this production line are both controlled by frequency conversion, and the temperature control instruments are imported high-quality products. The auxiliary vacuum pump and traction motor both use domestic brand products, which are easy to maintain. After replacing the screw and mold, foam profiles can be directly extruded, which is more effective than a single screw. The production line can provide PLC control and conventional control options.
