The PTYQ-034 standard force gauge is a highly accurate and reliable force (torque) measurement instrument. After years of improvement, this instrument can be applied to precise force (or torque) measurement, weighing control, sensor adjustment and detection, material performance testing, stress and strain measurement, transient peak measurement and other fields. It has the advantages of high reliability and stability, complete functions, high measurement accuracy, convenient use, and intuitive display.

The accompanying "calibration specialized software" can automatically generate various calibration original records and certificates, fully meeting the requirements of JJG139, 157, 475, 373, 474 and other regulations. It is actually the most ideal tool for metrology technology institutions to use for force value, quality, hardness measurement transmission, calibration and performance testing.

Product features:
The synchronous digital ratio analog-to-digital conversion technology provides ultra-high resolution and measurement accuracy, with a display division of 100000 to 500000, and a measurement resolution of 0.01 μ V/V for mV/V ratio signals. The A/D conversion rate is 50-100 times per second. The overall accuracy is less than 0.005% FS (repeatability, linearity).
Synchronous digital ratio technology uses a standard voltage source in the table to simultaneously perform analog-to-digital conversion on the sensor bridge voltage and output signal, and uses digital calculation methods to obtain ratio measurement data, greatly reducing instrument drift.
The programmable input signal range is suitable for various strain gauges with output sensitivities of 1mV/V, 2mV/V, 3mV/V, and 4mV/V. The signal measurement range and input polarity of each data channel in the instrument can be set separately by software.
The independent ground wire and symmetrical supply bridge circuit structure greatly improve the safety of force measuring instruments and sensors when the power grid is subjected to surge currents and lightning strikes.
The ultra wide zero adjustment range can reach -150% to 150% of the set range, especially suitable for measuring small dynamic loads under large static loads.
Unique signal slope control technology effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI).
7-segment linear correction capability improves the measurement accuracy of the system.
Can store and retrieve calibration data from 9 different range sensors.
Two calibration methods include sensor zero calibration, system loading calibration, and sensitivity input calibration.
High precision data recovery and migration technology can be used to restore or transfer calibration data to another instrument when needed (such as accidentally deleting calibration data to be retained or instrument failure), thereby avoiding recalibration.
Multiple unit conversions include N (Newton), kgf (kilogram force), lbf (pound force), and measured values of sensor output signal sensitivity (mV/V).
Has the ability to quickly measure and maintain peak values. The peak holding time can be set by software.
