PP material magnetic flap level gaugeIt is a magnetic flap level gauge produced using PP polypropylene as raw material. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic with similar corrosion resistance to polyethylene and is superior. Except for strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid and fuming sulfuric acid, polypropylene can withstand corrosion from most organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts. Polypropylene has a low specific gravity, higher strength than polyethylene, good impact resistance at room temperature, and high temperature resistance, making it a good substitute for polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride in higher temperature environments.

The magnetic flap level gauge, also known as the magnetic float level gauge, is based on Archimedes' theorem. The buoyancy and gravity generated by the magnetic float in the level gauge are balanced, and the float floats on the liquid surface. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns inside the indicator to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The actual height of the medium liquid level in the container is at the junction of the red and white of the indicator. Electronic modules and transmitter modules composed of sensors (magnetic reed switches) and precision electronic components can transmit output resistance value signals, current value (4-20mA) signals, switch signals, and other electrical signals. Thus achieving a perfect combination of on-site observation and remote liquid level indication, detection, control, and recording.
