The hollow board production line is used for continuous production of PC, PE, and PP grid boards. The product is widely used in building decoration, advertising layout, highway sound insulation, and packaging. PE and PP grid boards can replace cardboard boxes as packaging boxes, with light weight, high strength, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance. Finished board width 1220-2100mm PP hollow grid board equipment, thickness 2-12mm.
1. Extruder: The special design of the screw and advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticizing effect of the raw materials and stable extrusion with high output.
2. Screen changer: Hydraulic quick screen changer is selected to ensure a fast and effective screen changing process. The dual station and special sealing structure ensure stable operation of the screen changer.
3. Mold: The mold is made of high-quality alloy steel and equipped with a highly active throttling device, which ensures uniform pressure distribution of the raw material flow in the mouth mold. The differential adjustment of the upper and lower mouth molds ensures uniform wall thickness.
4. Vacuum shaping table: The shaping system is equipped with a fast heat exchange refrigeration system. And with the effective interlocking of the vacuum system, the suction distribution is evenly and reasonably distributed, ensuring the precision of shaping. The vacuum system consists of two subsystems. Each subsystem is equipped with multiple three-point fixed cycle vacuum groups, each of which carries a vacuum regulation system and a vacuum display system to ensure uniform and stable vacuum on the surface of the board.
5. Tractor: Tractors are distributed in the first and second groups. The first group of tractors is high-power, high reduction ratio, multi roller type, with excellent low-speed dynamic performance and strong traction force, which can synchronously and uniformly pull the sheet metal out of the vacuum forming table. The second group of traction machines cooperate to relieve product stress. Additionally equipped with a PVC hollow grid board cutting device to ensure the effective width and edge quality of the board.
6. Stress Reliever: Advanced large-area conduction heating method effectively eliminates the stress on the board, further increasing the flatness of the board.

Cutting machine: equipped with accurate instant fixed length cutting and automatic lifting unloading device, special alloy wear-resistant blade edge, ensuring the quality of the cut surface of the sheet metal. Cut thick plates over 5mm with a saw.
