Tengyue PET oil bottle blowing machine is a new generation of edible oil specific blowing machine developed by our company. It can blow 1L-5L PET material edible oil packaging bottles from one out two chamber to one out four chamber. It has the advantages of fast blowing speed, stable operation, precise positioning, low noise, and low energy consumption.

Equipment features:

1. Automated operation, from loading to blow molding without manual intervention, simple operation, saving labor costs

2. Constant temperature 120 ℃ infrared heating oven, less affected by external environment, independent zone control for each lamp tube, rotating preform heating to ensure uniform heating of each preform

3. Using imported pneumatic components, it has fast operating speed, precise positioning, and high equipment stability

4. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device, and when a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state

5. Adopting high-pressure and hyperbolic arm linkage locking, tonnage level locking, strong locking force, and automatic compensation for mold thickness

6. The bottom mold adopts patented invention technology, with gears driving the butterfly guide rail bottom in reverse to reduce mold wear and protect the mold

7. The stretching cylinder is driven by a single cylinder, and the cylinder is separated from the stretching rod. Each stretching rod is driven by an independent cylinder to ensure that the bottle is free of oil stains

8. Low energy consumption, small footprint, reasonable price, especially suitable for blowing bottles in small and medium-sized edible oil factories
