Usually, PET waste bottles are tightly pressed together and wrapped in bundles. The unpacking machine is used to open the bundle and break up these PET bottles, allowing them to smoothly enter the next processing step
The drum screen allows PET bottles to undergo a pre classification process, which can separate a lot of dust and bottle caps together
After passing through the drum screen, the bottle will enter the label stripping machine for further removal of the bottle cap and label. Our label stripping machine is specially designed with 2000 small scrapers that can effectively remove 98% of the labels
The crusher breaks PET bottles into small pieces. The normal PET bottle size ranges from 12mm-18mm, and can also be specially designed according to customer needs. The hard alloy blades installed in the crusher can withstand longer PET crushing times
The hot washing machine is designed to remove stubborn stains such as glue, grease/oil, and some other residues on PET bottle chips. Compared with traditional batch processing cleaning machines, our hot washing machine is divided into 10 small rinsing chambers to ensure material first in, first out, so the entire system works continuously
