PE/PA microporous tube filter element (PE tube) is a microporous body sintered with ultra-high molecular weight plastic as the base material and corresponding additives (improving temperature resistance, aging resistance and chemical stability). It has high filtration accuracy, good tensile strength, good chemical stability, and a long service life. After more than 20 years of repeated improvement and research and development, 8 types of filter apertures, 2 types of temperature resistance, and various sizes of filter tubes and plates have been formed, or other shapes have been customized for customers. Strictly control each processing step and inspect the pore size, specific resistance, mechanical strength, and porosity of the finished product during the production process to ensure that each batch of products meets the company's standards and ensures efficient and long-lasting use for customers.

Characteristics of PE/PA microporous tube filter cartridge

1. High filtration efficiency, with a maximum filtration accuracy of 0.3um.

2. High regeneration efficiency, long lifespan, with a maximum continuous service life of 10 years, at least two to three years.

3. The performance of chemical corrosion resistance is particularly superior, resistant to various acids, alkalis, salts, and most organic solvents below 90 ℃. It is odorless, non-toxic, and free of foreign matter dissolution. It has good mechanical properties and is not easily damaged.

4. Micro porous PE material has a temperature resistance of ≤ 80 ℃; Micro porous PA material has a temperature resistance of ≤ 100 ℃.

5. Micro porous filter elements have high mechanical strength, especially good impact resistance, and are not easily damaged.

6. Other uses

(1) Gas solid precision filtration: can be used for gas dust removal and removal of oil and water droplets filtration;

PE/PA microporous filter tube regeneration

Due to its good mechanical properties, PE microporous tubes do not suffer from problems such as breakage. Compressed air with a pressure of 0.4-0.6Mpa is used for reverse blowing and slag removal, and the slag removal is good. Reverse blowing also plays a role in regenerating capillary pores, which can blow out most of the solid particles blocked in the capillary pores. However, after long-term use, some solid particles may accumulate in the capillary pores, affecting the filtration effect. At this time, chemical regeneration can be carried out (soak in 2% sodium hydroxide solution or commercially available alkali solution for 12-24 hours, wash with water, then soak in 2% hydrochloric acid or edible white vinegar for 12-24 hours), and then rinse with water.
