Equipment composition
The PCL impact sand making machine is mainly composed of loose material tray, hydraulic device, deep cavity rotor, diamond impact block, sealing structure and other components.
Working principle
The material enters the impact crusher from the feeding hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part falls freely around the distributor, and the other enters the high-speed rotating impeller where it is accelerated, with an acceleration of hundreds of times that of gravity. Then, it is ejected from the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters per second. Firstly, the falling part of the material is impacted and broken, and then it is impacted together with the material lining in the vortex support chamber. The material lining rebounds and obliquely impacts the top of the vortex chamber. Then, it changes its direction of motion and deflects downwards, forming a continuous material curtain emitted from the impeller flow channel.
