The main body of the machine is made of thick walled Q235A high-quality structural steel material, which can avoid long-term use and affect mechanical performance due to broken materials
The axis of the machine body and the double end face are also machined with high-precision coordinates in one go, ensuring that the concentricity and perpendicularity errors are not greater than 0.05mm. Each component is set with a reference hole, and the surface is processed with coarse and fine flow machining, with strong component interchangeability and high accuracy
