| PBG shielded pump is a vertical pipeline shielded pump, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, shielded motor, etc. It adopts a brand new static sealing structure, which ensures no leakage and no pollution to the working environment. The product complies with the GB/T5657-94 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps (Class III)" standard. |
1. Efficient and energy-saving: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump.
2. Sealing structure: adopting a brand new static sealing structure, no dynamic sealing, achieving no leakage of water and ensuring that the working environment is not contaminated;
3. Low noise: Adopting a static noise design method to reduce noise pollution, the noise is 3-5% lower than that of general pipeline pumps;
4. Easy installation and maintenance: With a pipeline design, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same and installed in a straight line, making daily maintenance very simple;
5. Beautiful appearance: integrated pump and machine, streamlined design, beautiful appearance;

Good overall performance: protection level IP54, insulation level F; Water spray or splashing in any direction will not have harmful effects on the pump; The motor adopts excellent electromagnetic scheme; Adopting advanced buoyancy floating balance method, the axial force is completely balanced, effectively reducing the end face wear of graphite bearings and improving operational reliability. |
