Product details

This product is suitable for high-rise buildings, oil fields, power stations, mines, subways, control and monitoring circuits, and computer systems with high flame retardant requirements. The product is mainly developed and applied through oxygen isolation technology, filling a layer of inorganic metal compounds between cable insulation and outer protective layer. It is a non-toxic, odorless, and halogen-free gel like body. When the cable burns, the originally soft metal compound decomposes upon heating, releasing crystalline water and absorbing heat, and forming a covering layer on the insulation surface to isolate the combustion assisting effect of hot oxygen and protect the inner insulation layer; Crystalline water precipitation, water evaporation
The evaporation of steam absorbs a large amount of heat energy, greatly reducing the temperature of the outer combustible materials and the surrounding environment, causing the cable that is on fire to gradually extinguish on its own.

Adopting Q/TK. TY. J.04.15-2001 and GB/T18380.3-2001 standards.

Conditions of Use
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U (V series: 600/1000V, K series: 450/750V, B series: 450/750V)
2. Maximum long-term operating temperature of cable
① Flame retardant polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath: two types at 70 ℃ and 105 ℃; Cross linked polyethylene insulation: 90 ℃
② Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: two types at 200 ℃ and 260 ℃; Fluoroplastic insulation 105 ℃ flame retardant polyvinyl chloride sheath: two types: 90 ℃ and 125 ℃
③ Low smoke, low halogen flame retardant PVC insulation and sheath: 70 ℃; Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation and sheath: 90 ℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature:
① Flame retardant polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath: fixed installation at -40 ℃; Non fixed laying -15 ℃
② Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: fixed installation -60 ℃; Non fixed laying -20 ℃
4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0 ℃

6. Recommended allowable bending radius for laying: Non armored and braided shielded cables should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, steel tape armored cables should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable
Note: Armored, shielded, and soft structure oxygen barrier cables can be provided simultaneously; G Y - Oxygen barrier flame-retardant cable, A-Class flame-retardant, W L - Low smoke halogen-free, V D - Low smoke low
Specification range
1. The electrical and physical mechanical properties of the product are consistent with those of ordinary similar products;
2. The current carrying capacity of the cable is the same as that of ordinary similar products;
3. The flame retardant performance meets the requirements of GB/T18380.3-2001.
Technical Characteristics
The allowable bending radius of the cable is basically the same as that of non insulated cables of the same specification.
Precautions for use
According to the agreement, any length of delivery is allowed, and the measurement error is not allowed to exceed ± 0.5%.
