The complexity of water environments is also increasing, and new requirements are being put forward for online analysis technology.
Traditional online analysis technology has problems such as slow analysis speed, serious cross contamination, high water and test consumption, high maintenance frequency, weak automation and intelligence capabilities, and insufficient batch analysis capabilities. To solve the shortcomings of traditional online analysis technology, fully automatic intermittent chemical analysis technology was first applied to the field of water quality online monitoring, and a fully automatic online intermittent chemical analyzer was successfully launched.
The fully automatic online chemical analysis technology mainly uses a sampling pump to transport the water sample to the sample tank, and the injection arm adds the sample and chemical technology to the colorimetric dish for mixing and reaction. After the reaction is complete, optical testing is achieved, which highly realizes the automation, intelligence, and batch analysis of online testing.
