The principle of one click measuring instrument
One click measuring instrument is a new type of image measurement technology. It is different from the traditional anime image measuring instrument in that it no longer needs the grating ruler displacement sensor as the accuracy standard, nor does it need to magnify the product image through a large focal length lens to ensure the measurement accuracy. The one click measuring instrument uses a telephoto lens with a large viewing angle and depth of field to reduce the product contour image by several times or tens of times and transmit it to millions of pixels with high resolutionDigital processing is performed on the CCD camera, and then the powerful computing power of the backend drawing and measurement software is used to quickly capture the product contour map according to pre programmed instructions. Finally, the product size is calculated by comparing it with the ruler formed by the small pixel points of the high pixel camera, and the evaluation of the dimensional tolerance is completed. The one click measuring instrument has a simple body structure and does not require a displacement sensor grating ruler. It only requires a telephoto zoom lens with a large viewing angle and depth of field, a high pixel CCD camera, and powerful backend software.
One click imaging measuring instrument function
The simple structural characteristics determine the limited measurement function of a one click measuring instrument. Its functions are as follows:
1. Draw a bird's-eye view of the product outline according to the pre arranged drawing.
2. Measure the dimensions and geometric relationships of basic elements such as points, lines, circles, arcs, and R-angles in a two-dimensional plane based on the stage, and automatically evaluate the tolerances of these dimensions.
3. Save the aerial view in CAD format.
4. Automatically save and output reports of measured dimensions and tolerance evaluations.
The advantages of one click measuring instrument
(1) The measuring speed is fast, and the drawing, measurement and tolerance evaluation of dimensions within 100 can be completed within 1 second. The efficiency is dozens of times higher than that of the traditional anime image measuring instrument.
(2) Avoiding the influence of Abbe error caused by an increase in measurement stroke. The high precision of repeated measurement solves the problem of poor consistency in repeated measurement data for the same product.
(3) The instrument has a simple structure and does not require a displacement scale or grating ruler. During the measurement process, there is no need to move the worktable, so the stability of the instrument is very good.
(4) Due to the fact that the precision scale is the pixel points of CCD cameras, which do not change over time and are not affected by temperature and humidity, the accuracy of the instrument is relatively stable and can be automatically calibrated through software.
