Purpose: QK-QM-QXOmnidirectional planetary ball millIt is an essential device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development, and small-scale production of high-tech materials. This product has a small volume, comprehensive functions, high efficiency, and low noise. It is an ideal equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment). It is equipped with a vacuum ball milling jar and can grind samples under vacuum or inert gas protection. This product can be crushed and mixed with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground product can reach 0.1 microns (i.e. 1.0 × 10-4mm). Widely used in sectors such as soil, geology, minerals, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, and environmental protection.
The omnidirectional planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on a large plate. When the large plate rotates (revolves), the ball milling tanks rotate on their own orbits. The large plate and ball milling tanks can perform planetary motion while also flipping 180 ° in a three-dimensional space, and can be manually set to run at any fixed point in any direction,. Make the ground material more uniform and fine, and solve the problems of sinking and sticking of some materials.
