1. Project Introduction

Process 500 cubic meters of mud per day and work for 10 hours per day. Among them, the solid is 75m3, with a solid content of 15%, and mostly pure mud. A set of high-efficiency and energy-saving solid-liquid separator BDX-30LX is used, with an actual processing capacity of 50m3/h. The treated effluent is clear and transparent, with almost no visible suspended solids. The solid removal rate is>99.7%, and the moisture content of the mud cake is<30%.

2. Analysis of Equipment Operating Costs:

Equipment power consumption: For every 50m3/h of processing, the power consumption of sediment slurry containing 15% solids is 25KW (power consumption is 1 yuan/kWh).

Chemical consumption: For every 50m3/h of sediment slurry containing 15% solids, approximately 0.7m3 of PAM powder diluted to a concentration of 0.1% with water is required. The added chemical is PAM (PAM polyacrylamide non-ionic 15000 yuan/ton). The cost is 10.5 yuan.

For every 50m3/h of sediment slurry with a solid content of 15%, the power consumption plus 10.5 yuan of chemicals is approximately 35.5 yuan. (No cost for water usage)

The cost of separating sediment slurry with a solid content of 15% per cubic meter is approximately 0.71 yuan. The total cost of processing 500m3 of raw pulp per day is 355 yuan. The medication costs 105 yuan and the electricity fee is 250 yuan.

3. Equipment features:

This system is automatically controlled and does not require manual operation. Single machine processing capacity is large. The amount of flocculant added is automatically adjusted according to the changes in mud concentration entering the system, in order to achieve the best treatment effect and the lowest operating cost. The moisture content of the processed mud cake is ≤ 30%.
