In this way, each embryo particle in the squeezing chamber does not move at the same speed and direction, but there is also relative motion between the particles. The heat generated by friction satisfies the necessary heat for the oil pressing process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of proteins in the embryo, destroy colloids, increase plasticity, and reduce the viscosity of some materials that are prone to oil precipitation. Therefore, it increases the oil yield of the oil press, allowing the oil pressure in the material to be squeezed out and flow out from the gaps in the rows and strips.

1. After every 50 hours of operation, the lubrication condition of the oil sunflower oil press should be checked. The oil cup on the gearbox should not be short of oil. The bearing inside the adjusting screw of the oil sunflower oil press should be filled with butter from the adjusting screw hole once per shift, and dry grinding is strictly prohibited.

2. Each lubrication part should prevent dust and other impurities from entering. The quality of the oil in the gearbox of the oil sunflower oil press should be checked once a year. If any deterioration is found, all the oil should be replaced.

When the pressing capacity of the oil press decreases and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the screw shaft should be pulled out to check the wear of the screw, strip, and cake ring. Worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner.

After each shift, the residual cake in the oil sunflower oil press should be removed, and the dust and oil stains on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.

When stored for a long time after the end of the production season, a maintenance should be carried out, and the press screw, press strip, and cake ring should be disassembled, washed, and re oiled, and placed in a dry place
