By using this equipment, two liquid media with a certain temperature difference can achieve heat exchange, thereby reducing oil temperature and ensuring the normal operation of power equipment. It is mainly used for equipment lubricating oil cooling, variable speed system oil cooling, transformer oil cooling, and circulating cooling of oil systems in steam turbines and coal mills.

IIICharacteristics of oil cooler products
1. Thin walled stainless steel pipes with a thickness of 0.5-0.7mm can be used for heat exchange tubes, which improves the overall heat transfer performance. Under the same heat exchange area, the overall heat transfer coefficient is 2.121-8.408% higher than that of copper pipes.
2. The pipe material can be made of copper pipe or excellent rust alloy steel such as TP304, TP316, TP316L, etc., which gives it high hardness and significantly improves the rigidity of the pipe. Therefore, it has strong resistance to high-temperature steam impact and vibration.
3. After using stainless steel pipes, the smooth inner wall of the pipes reduces the thickness of the bottom layer of the boundary laminar flow, which not only enhances heat transfer but also improves anti scaling performance.
4. In order to eliminate welding stress, all stainless steel pipes are subjected to heat treatment at a high temperature of 1050 ℃ in a protective gas.
5. All stainless steel pipes are checked for leaks using differential pressure, with a pressure test of 10 MPa and no pressure drop for 5 minutes.
6. The use of stainless steel pipes results in strong resistance to chloride ions and low equipment cost.
