OGP ZIP450 Image Measuring Instrument
SmartScope ® ZIP 450 has a 450x450x200mm XYZ platform measurement stroke, and can choose to extend the Y-axis stroke to 610mm or the Z-axis stroke to 300mm. The ZIP 450 not only has the advantages of traditional image measurement, but also has powerful multi sensor measurement capabilities, such as the flexible contact or non-contact probe that can be operated under fully automatic program control, or the unique switchable TTL laser.

OGP ® SmartScope ® The ZIP series measurement system is widely popular among manufacturers around the world. The ZIP system is renowned for its extremely high reliability and mature measurement performance.

The 5:1 AccuCentricTM motor drive and automatic calibration zoom lens owned by OGP patents can provide high-quality images for all workpiece measurements.

DC servo motor drive brings precise position control and fast operating speed, while heavy-duty cast iron and granite structures ensure the stability and repeatability of measurement accuracy.

■ Fast processing of FOV, autofocus, and MeasureMind with complete 3D geometry functionality ® The 3D multi-sensor measurement software and the combination of multiple sensors greatly simplify the measurement process.
