3 Working principle of non negative pressure stacked variable frequency water supply equipment

The stacked water supply equipment can set the user's water supply pressure according to their needs. If the water supply pressure in the pipeline is higher than the set pressure, the water pump unit will be in a shutdown state, and tap water can be directly supplied to the user through the connecting pipeline. When the water supply pressure of the municipal pipeline network is lower than the set pressure, the equipment automatically enters the relay boosting working state. The unit forms a closed-loop control system through pressure sensors, water pumps, and constant pressure variable frequency control cabinets. With changes in water consumption, the speed of the water pumps and the number of water pumps put into operation are continuously adjusted to maintain a constant water supply pressure. A flow regulator is a sealed container that serves as a buffer device between the water supply network and the water supply equipment when the water supply network can meet the water supply requirements, in order to eliminate the pulsating influence of the water pump unit on the network. When the water supply network is insufficient, it serves as a flow regulating device to alleviate the flow shortage during peak water usage in the network. The pipe network protector is installed on the flow regulator. When the pressure inside the tank is higher than the external pressure, the pipe network protector closes, and the water pump unit superimposes the original pressure of the municipal pipe network for constant pressure water supply; When the pressure inside the tank is balanced with the outside, the pipe network protector opens to communicate with the outside, avoiding the formation of negative pressure and ensuring the safety of the municipal pipe network and normal water supply to other users. When the water supply network is shut down, the equipment automatically stops running, and the network automatically starts up when the water supply is restored. When there is a power outage, the water pump unit stops working, and tap water can directly enter the user's pipeline network through the connecting pipe. When the power is restored, the unit automatically starts up to resume normal water supply.
