Nitrogen detection in LNG (gas chromatography method) Gas analyzer
introduction
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), mainly composed of methane, with small amounts of ethane and propane. It is the cleanest energy in the world. Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non corrosive, its volume is about 1/625 of the volume of the same amount of gaseous natural gas, and the weight of liquefied natural gas is only about 45% of the same amount of accumulated water. The combustion of liquefied natural gas causes very little air pollution and releases a large amount of heat, making it a relatively advanced energy source. With the full implementation of the coal to gas policy, a nationwide 'coal ban' has been implemented. Coal fired boilers are gradually being phased out, while the number of gas-fired boilers is increasing. Gas prices are constantly rising with market demand. Driven by profit, some gas merchants add liquid nitrogen to LNG in order to obtain considerable economic profits. According to industry insiders, liquid nitrogen was originally only used to adjust the fixed calorific value of LNG, but due to profit driven factors, it has gradually become a profit-making method for some illegal merchants. Our company has developed a portable gas analyzer to recover losses for LNG users, which can achieve full analysis of oxygen, nitrogen, methane, ethane, carbon dioxide, propane, butane and other components in various gases with a single injection. An instrument that uses calorific value software to automatically calculate the content of detected gas components, high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, white number, combustion potential, and generate reports.
Nitrogen detection in LNGCharacteristics of Gas Chromatography:
The instrument adopts a fully microcomputer control system and a modular expansion system for the bus control platform; 12 inch display screen, capable of directly displaying spectra and results.
With one click sample delivery testing, it can be operated and used on site anytime and anywhere; Suitable for both direct sampling and testing on industrial pipelines and laboratory airbag sampling and analysis
A gas cut-off and leakage protection system to prevent instrument damage caused by gas cut-off; Complete temperature overheating protection and platinum resistance open circuit and short circuit alarm functions to ensure that the temperature does not lose control;
Built in imported sampling pump, stable and reliable performance, one-way valve design, ensuring high repeatability of each injection;
Independently developed fully automatic injection valve, with full sequential operation to avoid manual operation errors; And it has the functions of blowback and automatic return
The built-in calorific value software automatically calculates component content, high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, Hua Bai number, and combustion potential;
According to different user needs, it can be directly powered by AC220V in the laboratory, or DC12V or DC24V in the car
