Introduction to Nikon Metallographic Microscope LV150
The advanced optical and digital capabilities of the Nikon metallographic microscope Eclipse LV150, as well as the modular design of Eclipse's LV150 series microscopes, allow for unprecedented levels of versatility and flexibility in product development and quality control, extending to various applications in production inspection. These microscopes provide excellent performance in inspecting semiconductors, flat panel displays, packaging, electronic substrates, materials, medical devices, and various other samples.

1. Two modes to choose from

Eclipse's length of 150 is due to the use of electric fire water guns in both the line and the Eclipse L150A standard model. The long 150 is the perfect microscope for the semiconductor industry in the public service electronic magnetic head industry, while the widespread use of mobile fire water guns and controls makes L150A the perfect microscope for the semiconductor industry.

2. Ergonomic Design
All controls are in place in front of the microscope base to minimize hand movements and maintain the optimal viewpoint to ensure comfortable observation. Adjusting the mechanism can also prevent hitting the target of the sample. The L150A comes standard with a fixed motorcycle 5x fire water gun. The internal software ensures that accurate fire water guns stop at every objective position. The fire water gun control is located under the stage to prevent hand contamination that no longer needs to be placed on the stage or in nearby areas.

3. Tilted three lens tube
To provide comfort to all users, regardless of their position or viewing position, with a tilted three lens tube (upright image) and a 100:0 optical path conversion/simultaneous use with a monitor or digital camera system at 20:80. Afei tilted three eye and binocular tubes are also available.

4. Electric or manual Nosepieces
An improved mobile universal 5x objective converter and control is built on the main body of the microscope. Manual nosepieces can be used for general, bright field, or bright/dark field applications.

5. Column riser
For thicker samples, a throat of 35 millimeters can be added to the microscope body to provide a height of 82 millimeters for the total sample.

6. Transmitting illumination of diameter basic unit
The diameter of LV base transmission lighting is an ideal choice for OEM applications. UN2 transformer is used for power supply.

7. Universal Extended F-Reflected Light Port Window
Choosing bright field, dark field, simple polarization and DIC illumination or complex illumination techniques requires epitaxial ultraviolet excitation fluorescence or ultraviolet polarization. Realize lighting with a pre centered 12V/50W output brightness equal to or higher than its predecessor 12V/100W lightbox.

11. Non Nikon stage accommodation
