① Inner rubber layer: Nitrile rubber (NBR), which can enhance the resilience, compression set, electrical properties, tear strength, water swelling resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance and other properties of rubber joints. The inner lining rubber tube layer extends to the outer end face of the rubber joint flange, and its performance is to prevent water leakage and erosion.
② Skeleton layer: Nitrile rubber+chloroprene rubber+polyester curtain fabric; The skeleton material is selected with high strength, with a fracture strength of ≥ 190cN/tex, a fracture stress of ≥ 2.76GPa, an elastic modulus of ≥ 44N/tex, and a fracture elongation of ≥ 4% polyester cord fabric. The tight combination between the inner and outer layers and the skeleton layer is vulcanized into one, which solves the thermal expansion and overall adhesion strength and pressure resistance of the rubber joint, ensuring sufficient ability to withstand its vacuum degree and water hammer impact.
③ Outer rubber layer: Nitrile rubber. Nitrile rubber, with the English code NBR, is a rubber material that is resistant to oil, high temperature, and aging. Its tensile strength is ≥ 13MPa, elongation at break is ≥ 500%, permanent deformation at break is ≤ 30%, brittle temperature resistance is ≤ -30 ℃, and adhesive strength is ≥ 2.0DN/m. Due to the exposure of the outer rubber layer of rubber joints to air, it is easily affected and damaged by external factors, which requires the outer rubber layer of the joint to have characteristics such as oil resistance, heat resistance, and ozone resistance. For these situations, we used nitrile rubber. Through a reasonable formula, nitrile rubber is mainly suitable for hydraulic oil and other oils, as well as several special oils that cannot be used (aviation kerosene, gasoline, diesel). The operating temperature of nitrile rubber can reach 140 ℃, and the brittle temperature is -15 ℃~55 ℃.
④ Rubber joint matching flange: Special slotted flange. The rubber joint matching flanges manufactured by our company are made of steel from large national steel companies, with material Q235-A, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties comply with GB700-1998 standards. Strictly follow the ISO9001 quality system from raw material entry to final acceptance.

Installation instructions:
1. Single ball rubber joints can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline systems, fundamentally solving problems such as interface displacement, axial expansion and contraction, and different concentricity of various pipelines.
2. Single ball rubber joints can be made into various varieties such as acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil resistant, and heat-resistant according to different materials, suitable for various media and environments.
3. The material of the single sphere rubber joint belongs to polar rubber, with good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life. However, it should avoid contact with sharp metal instruments to prevent puncturing the sphere.
4. If an elastic bracket can be used for overhead use, the bolts should be tightened diagonally during installation.
5. When the pipeline pressure is too high, use limit bolts to connect the flanges at both ends together.
6. The flange connection standard adopts GB9119-2000 standard. If other standards are used, they can be specified separately. This product has working pressure levels of 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, and 2.5MPa.
