Extruder:The special design of the screw, precise temperature control system, ensures good plasticization of raw materials and stable extrusion with high output.

Replacing nets and molds:The hydraulic quick change device ensures a fast and effective screen changing process. The hanger type die head adopts a multi-channel design, allowing the raw materials to be evenly distributed across the full width of the mold. The lip gap control can be adjusted freely, and the sheet thickness adjustment is precise. Melt pump: significantly improves head pressure stability, increases output, improves product quality, reduces extruder load, and saves energy.

Cooling guide roller bracket:Configure corresponding cooling guide rollers to achieve better cooling effect. It is also equipped with a trimming and recycling device to ensure the quality of the edges of the sheet.

Cutting machine:High quality alloy blade and imported bearings ensure the quality of sheet cutting surface and long-term stable cutting action.
