Working principle
This machine uses a vortex fan to supply air to the water tank through small holes on the exhaust pipe at the bottom of the steam supply pipe, generating a large number of bubbles. By shaking the bubbles, the mud, hair, insect eggs, and other debris on the vegetables are separated from the vegetables. At the same time, the high-pressure water jet generated by the centrifugal water pump forms a vortex to flip and wash the fruits and vegetables. The separated mud, hair, and other debris sink to the bottom of the tank through the washing frame orifice plate, while hair, fibers, and insect eggs float on the water surface and are pushed into the overflow slag receiving tank on one side by the water flow, thus cyclically washing the fruits and vegetables. The cleaned vegetables are transported one by one to the vegetable receiving box through the hydraulic system device, and then transported to the next process for backup through the conveyor belt.

1. The continuous fruit and vegetable cleaning machine should be placed on the ground and the horizontal foot should be adjusted to ensure that the machine is stable and does not vibrate.
2. Connect the inlet pipe, drainage pipe, and overflow pipe, and connect the power supply and grounding protection device. 3. The two interfaces of the vortex fan are suction and exhaust, and the main air duct should be connected to the exhaust outlet to supply air into the washing tank. When connecting the power cord, pay attention to confirming whether the power supply of the vortex air pump matches the rotation direction. 4. The first, second, fifth, and sixth tanks are cleaned with room temperature tap water, while the third and fourth tanks are washed with ice water. 5. Before washing, close the drainage valve first, then open the inlet ball valve, and automatically control the water level through the float ball valve. 6. Turn on the power button, set the process parameters in the parameter bar, select the working mode in the main screen, choose the washing mode on the electrical box panel, prepare for work, press the start button to start working.
Attention: The installation and wiring of this device should be carried out by qualified and skilled technicians.
If manual control is required, switch the screen to manual mode, press the manual button again, and the manual indicator will flash. There will be 12 operation modes on the screen, which are the rising and falling modes of each frame. Using manual control, each washing frame can be operated separately, but adjacent frames are self-locking and cannot be operated simultaneously.
If automatic control is required, switch the screen to automatic mode, and the machine will automatically flip from the last box, flipping the fifth, fourth, third, second, and first boxes at regular intervals. The flipping time can be adjusted according to different dishes.
7. Turn on the vortex fan to pour fruits and vegetables into the first tank. During the washing process, the bubbles continuously flush the fruits and vegetables, and the sewage is discharged outward through the overflow pipe. At the same time, turn on the water pump, and the high-pressure water sprayed out generates vortices to roll the fruits and vegetables. While further cleaning, it can also replenish the water in the tank, so that the water can be recycled. After the initial washing is completed, pour the vegetables into the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth tanks in sequence, and perform the same process until the fruits and vegetables are clean before pouring them into the receiving box. 8. After the vegetable washing work is completed, first turn off the vortex fan and water pump, open the drainage valve, and then flip up the bucket to clean the sediment, sand, and garbage in the tank and slag discharge tank in sequence, and then inject water into the tank for recycling.
